Place the telescope, camera, or accessory in its original factory box with all included cables, adapters, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our global service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
